Luxembourg Museum) during eight years.

In the cuisine, the chief Franck LARATTE managed a team of four persons.
He was the chief of "Moulin Vert" (Paris 15) and of "Petit Saint-Benoît"
(Paris 5), second chief at Boudin Blanc and at "Hôtel Ritz" of London,
personal cooker of Hubert de Givenchy...
His second, Patrice Clement, give his talents since four years at "Au Petit
Marguery" after 14 years of being the second of “Chez les Anges” 1 star Michelin, 5 years at Marmontel, 2 years at Bistrot Parisien.
Yannick and Claude ”live” the establisment since 20 years. |
